Everything you need to know about creating custom activity posters and t-shirts
How do I connect my Strava account?
Click the 'Connect with Strava' button on our homepage or shop page. You'll be redirected to Strava's authorization page where you can grant Athletee access to your activity data. Once authorized, you'll be able to select any of your activities to create custom posters and t-shirts.
What Strava data do you access?
We access your public profile information (name, profile picture) and activity data (title, distance, elevation, time, route/map data). We only use this data to create your custom products and never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and product type. Typically, posters and prints take 5-10 business days for production and shipping within Australia, 7-14 business days for international orders. T-shirts may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each product is custom-made with your personal activity data, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at orders@athletee.store with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What print quality can I expect?
Our products are made with premium quality materials using professional-grade equipment. Posters are printed on high-quality paper, and framed options use archival-quality materials. T-shirts use professional printing techniques to ensure your design looks amazing and lasts.
Can I use activities not on Strava?
Currently, we only support activities imported through Strava. However, you can upload GPX files to Strava, and then import those activities into Athletee. This allows you to use data from other fitness platforms or GPS devices.
What sizes are available?
Posters come in two sizes: 18" × 24" and 24" × 36". Framed options are available for both sizes. T-shirts are available in Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large.
Can I customize the design?
Yes! You can customize your design including: the title text, which statistics to display (distance, time, elevation, pace, etc.), and which template design to use. Each template has its own unique style and color scheme.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Our print-on-demand network has facilities in multiple countries, which helps reduce shipping times and costs for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
